About Me

Sarah's work as a counsellor is accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and she is a registered BAPAM (British Association for Performing Arts Medicine) practitioner  .

 

After completing a degree in Fine Art at Norwich Institute of Art and Design she moved on to study person-centred counselling at the University of East Anglia and has been working as an integrative counsellor for over 25 years. She worked in Higher Education counselling staff and students in universities for many years and has taught counselling and psychotherapy up to degree level in adult education, FE and HE. Sarah is a qualified clinical supervisor and has worked in specialist services for musicians and performers and survivors of domestic abuse.

Sarah offers counselling and therapeutic support along with other supportive approaches to personal development and tailors the support offered to your needs. She is a graduate of Red School where the menstrual cycle is used as an approach to women's leadership, creativity and spiritual life, a Sesame (drama and movement in therapy) practitioner and a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance.

Counselling £55

Supervision £50/hr. Student rate available.

Students, low income and BAPAM members £45

CPA therapeutic support - Free (3 sessions)
