About Me
Sarah's work as a counsellor is accredited by the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and she is a registered BAPAM (British Association for Performing Arts Medicine) practitioner .
After completing a degree in Fine Art at Norwich Institute of Art and Design she moved on to study person-centred counselling at the University of East Anglia and has been working as an integrative counsellor for over 25 years. She worked in Higher Education counselling staff and students for many years and has taught counselling in various settings. She currently works as a counselling skills tutor on a humanistic integrative psychotherapy BSc and is a qualified clinical supervisor.

Sarah offers counselling along with other supportive approaches to personal development. She is a graduate of Red School where the menstrual cycle is used as an approach to women's leadership, creativity and spiritual life, a Sesame (drama and movement in therapy) practitioner and a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance.
