As part of the Climate Psychology Alliance Individual Support, Sarah offers up to three free therapeutic sessions to people who want to explore issues related to the ecological, biodiversity and environmental crisis. If you need some time on the land, would like further support to discuss grief or anxiety related to the environment, or need help to deal with difficult feelings or experiences related to actions in support of the environment please get in touch.
